Questions, answered
What exactly do I receive?
A single personalised card printed on rigid PVC foam board, using the photo, name, rating and stats you enter in the configurator. Each card is produced individually for your order.
What makes a good photo?
A sharp, well-lit picture where the player fills most of the frame. We ask for at least 1200 x 1200 pixels so the print stays crisp. Photos taken side-on, in low light, or heavily cropped from a group shot tend to disappoint.
How long does it take?
Artwork is prepared within 24 to 48 hours of your order. Standard delivery then takes 3 to 5 working days, so most orders arrive inside a week.
Can I order for a whole squad?
Yes. Team orders are handled one card per line, so you can add as many players as you need in a single checkout. Get in touch first if you are ordering for more than 20 players.
Is it a good gift?
It is the most popular reason people order. Cards suit players of any age and any level, from an under-8s side to a five-a-side team that takes itself far too seriously.
What if the details are wrong?
Everything you type is shown on the live preview before you add to cart, and it is repeated on your order confirmation. If something still looks off, contact us before the artwork stage and we will correct it.
